Ravi Bishnoi is a young leg-spinner from Jodhpur who has made a name for himself with his quick bowling and clever variations. Unlike traditional spinners who rely on flight, Bishnoi prefers to bowl fast legbreaks, sliders, and googlies to keep batters guessing. His journey was not easy his father, a government school headmaster, was not keen on cricket, but his mother supported his passion. After impressing in the Under-19 World Cup as the leading wicket-taker, Bishnoi broke into the IPL and later made his India debut in 2022. He has played for Punjab Kings, Lucknow Super Giants, and now represents Rajasthan Royals in the IPL.

Ravi Bishnoi bowls legbreak googly. He is known for bowling fast and using googlies and sliders instead of giving the ball too much flight.
He started with Punjab Kings (then called Kings XI Punjab), then played for Lucknow Super Giants, and now plays for Rajasthan Royals.
He made his T20I debut for India in 2022. He also played his first ODI match in the same year.
He became well known after finishing as the leading wicket-taker in the 2020 Under-19 World Cup. Soon after, he got a big IPL contract with Punjab Kings.
Not always. India has many quality spinners like Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, and Ravindra Jadeja. Bishnoi's batting is also not very strong, so his chances have come mostly in T20 cricket.
