If you are getting swarmed by enemies in the game, the Swamp Creature’s Tooth in Windrose is exactly what you need. This unique club excels at clearing crowds because of its special AoE enchantment.
Getting your hands on it is going to take some serious grinding. You will have to visit the Tainted Forest region of the Cursed Swamps. Since this is the third major biome in the game, make sure to gear up fully before hunting down the plague-infected enemies there.
How to fight Swamp Creatures in Windrose
Before heading deep into the forest, you should know what targets drop the club.
You will be mostly fighting swamp creatures there. This includes Plague Thralls, Plague Warriors, Plague Crushers, Plague Berserkers, Plague Hunters, and Plague Witches.
The biggest threat here is not just the enemies. The Wood Plague meter constantly builds up while you are inside the forest. If it fills completely, you will die instantly. You have to step out of the forest in between to reset the meter.

When fighting the Plague Crushers, keep your distance. Ranged weapons like the Dragon’s Breath work great. Look for glowing bulbous orange spots on their bodies. Aim directly at those weak spots to stun them. Never stand still and trade hits with them.
How to Farm Swamp Creature’s Tooth in Windrose
Since this club is a very rare drop, you have to kill a lot of infected enemies to get it. Do not waste your time fighting regular swamp animals like crocodiles because they never drop it.
Your best bet is to focus entirely on Plague Crushers. These are Level 15 enemies, but they have the highest drop rate for the club out of all the swamp creatures.
The best farming method is to travel between different Points of Interest inside the Tainted Forest, clear out the Plague Crushers and ignore the smaller threats to save time.
Be careful when a Crusher is almost dead. Because when its health is almost gone, it can trigger a massive distortion blast and knock you backward if you are standing too close.

Equip a Major Sun Ring before you start farming. Players highly recommend this because wearing it slows down the deadly Wood Plague buildup by up to 45%, giving you way more time to fight before you have to retreat.
