Sunil Narine Stays Tight in High-Scoring IPL 2026

While batters have been hitting freely in IPL 2026, Sunil Narine has once again shown why he is one of the most reliable spinners in the game.

Playing for Kolkata Knight Riders, Narine has bowled in 12 matches so far this season. He has taken 14 wickets at an average of 21.5. But his most impressive number is his economy rate of just 6.4 runs per over.

This is a big achievement because this season has seen many high-scoring games. In fact, most teams have been scoring at run rates of 10 to 11 per over. But Sunil Narine has still managed to keep things tight and put pressure on the batters.
