The Spire of Ringing Truth stone tower is located in the snowy mountains of the Pailune region, between Upper Nas River and Wayward Woods. You start taking cold damage as soon as you enter the area, and this effect continues even inside the tower.
Before entering this tower, equip yourself with frost-resistant gear. If you have the Kuku Breeze-Step Boots, they significantly reduce the difficulty of traversal.
Even though you can climb the outside of the tower, there is no sense in doing so. You will constantly lose stamina, take cold damage, and struggle to find suitable footholds to continue. The inside route gives you a better advantage due to the presence of ladders and platforms.

After entering, move past the first staircase and look for scaffolding along the inner walls. As you climb, platforms appear at different heights. Some platforms will be available from the very beginning, while others are stuck to the wall.
In case you get stuck during traversal, check the surrounding area for platforms connected with ladders. If a platform is stuck against the wall, use your bow or a ranged ability to hit it and knock it off.
Avoid rushing when jumping between platforms, as this could cause loss of stamina. If you don’t have the boots, you can rely on Aerial Maneuver from the Axiom Force skill set to cover longer gaps between platforms.
At the top, you will see a large bell hanging from wooden structures. Shoot the planks holding it until they break. Once the bell drops, it breaks the floor and opens the basement.
Once you jump down from the top and go towards the glowing passage, the boss fight begins.
How to Defeat Priscus the Ancient Boss in Crimson Desert

Priscus cannot be handled like a normal melee boss you have encountered before. He spends most of the fight airborne, circling the arena and firing projectiles at you. If you chase him blindly, you will waste stamina and take unnecessary damage.
Positioning matters a lot here. Stay near the center of the arena so you can track his movement from all angles. If you stay near the edges of the arena, you will not be able to predict his attacks.
Notice his movements before attacking. When he pauses slightly before attacking, immediately use Nature’s Snare Lv. 2 (Nature’s Retribution) to pull him out of the air.
When he comes close to the ground, move in quickly and hit him with back-to-back melee attacks.
For those who prefer a safe way to deal with Priscus, they can use weapons like bows or the Bismuth Cannon (which has infinite ammo and doesn’t consume Spirit) to quickly fill his stun meter while he is in the air.
After being stunned, he lands on the ground for a moment, giving you a short window to perform melee attacks.
When Priscus moves to the center and the screen starts to darken, he is about to trigger a powerful attack that can instantly kill you. Immediately move away from the center and focus on dodging.
