Rovman Powell is a hard-hitting Jamaican middle-order batter who has been a familiar face in West Indies white-ball cricket since the mid-2010s. The 32-year-old right-hander can also chip in with right-arm medium-fast bowling. While he hasn’t completely locked down a permanent spot, Powell has delivered memorable knocks like his 107 off 53 balls against England in 2022. He has captained Jamaica Tallawahs in the CPL and was Player of the Match in the inaugural Abu Dhabi T10 League final. Powell has had an up-and-down IPL journey, starting with Kolkata Knight Riders in 2017, finally debuting for Delhi Capitals in 2022, and later playing for Rajasthan Royals before returning to KKR in 2025.

Over the years, Powell has been part of several IPL franchises: Kolkata Knight Riders (first bought in 2017), Delhi Capitals (2022-2023), Rajasthan Royals (2024), and back to KKR from 2025 onwards.
Two knocks stand out. He smashed 107 off just 53 balls against England in 2022. He also scored an unbeaten 68 and 61 against India and Bangladesh respectively in the same year.
