Prithvi Shaw is a right-handed opening batter from Thane, Maharashtra. He first grabbed everyone’s attention at just 14 years old when he scored 546 runs in a school match. Since then, he has been seen as a special talent. Shaw led India to victory in the Under-19 World Cup in 2018 and then made his Test debut for India later that year. He scored a century in his very first Test, becoming the youngest Indian to do so. However, his career has faced some tough times due to injuries, poor form, and problems off the field. In the IPL, Shaw has always played for the Delhi Capitals, and his best season came in 2021 when he scored 479 runs. After being left out of the IPL in 2025, he made a comeback with Delhi Capitals in 2026 for INR 75 lakh.
