- Get Dodger’s deal spot at Pilgrim’s Peak Extract with Dodger’s Note and deliver to Tian Wen

How to Complete ARC Raiders Outstanding Balance Quest

Spawn in Blue Gate, run to the Outer Gate area. From there go into the Traffic Tunnel which is in the middle of the map.
Once inside:
- Stay to the left side of the tunnel
- Keep moving forward hugging the wall
- Expect enemies on nearly every turn
- Avoid unnecessary fights as the tunnel is filled with machines and flying enemies. If you can slip by, do so.
- Go to the far north end of the tunnel, NW side. You want a little campy kind of thing with a truck and blue tarp.
- Go to the far corner and you’ll find Dodger’s stash under the tarp. Use it to search the cache.
How to reach Pilgrim’s Peak quickly

Your next stop after looking through the stash is Dodger’s deal spot at Pilgrim’s Peak. It’s not clear what the fastest way is, but there is a clear path if you know where to go.
From the stash area:
- Follow the tunnel path that goes to the center.
- Look for stairs that are wide and go up.
- Follow the hall until you come to a zipline in the middle of a lift shaft.
You will get off the zipline near the base of Pilgrim’s Peak. This route keeps you from being exposed on the surface more than necessary.

Go to the main tower at Pilgrim’s Peak. There is a big antenna structure with a zipline going up it.
You can use the zipline, but don’t go all the way to the top. You can jump halfway or drop down to the level just below the roof. You want a room with orange walls or red electrical boxes that look like generators.
In that room:
- Find two red electrical boxes or generators.
- There is a yellow bag between them.
To find Dodger’s deal spot, interact with the bag. This will get you Dodger’s Note.
If you have a safe pocket, put it there right away. If not, your next step is to get out.
How to safely extract and complete the quest
The mission is technically over once you get the note, but only if you get away with it.
Go to the extraction point that is closest to you. You can use normal exits like the Warehouse Airshaft or a hatch if you have a key and know the map.
