If you wish to change Hugh and Diana’s appearance in Pragmata, you’ll be spending a lot of time unlocking different outfits. Some are easy to grab early, while others need full board clears or even post-game progress.
This guide covers all outfits in Pragmata and shows you how to unlock them without wasting Cabin Coins.
All Outfits in Pragmata and How to Get Them

You might already know that most outfits come from the Cabin’s Stamp Club, which becomes available when you reach the Shelter and get introduced to Cabin. You will use Cabin Coins to open rewards across the Trainee, Associate, Specialist, Director, and Executive boards. Some outfits are locked behind specific slots, while others require completing an entire board.

For example, Diana’s Lunar Aqua outfit comes from fully completing the Trainee Board. You cannot just grab one slot and leave. You need to clear everything on that board to unlock it.

There are also a few exceptions. Some outfits unlock by finishing the main story, while others are tied to end-game content like the Unknown Signal missions. Hugh’s Obsidia outfit is a good example, since you only get it after clearing all extra missions.
On top of that, a few costumes are locked behind the deluxe edition or pre-order bonuses. These cannot be earned through normal gameplay.
Below, you will find every outfit and how to unlock them for both characters.
