Anukul Roy Replaces Harsh Dubey in India A Squad for Sri Lanka Tri-Series
All-rounder Anukul Roy has been added to the India A squad for the upcoming tri-series in Sri Lanka. He will replace Harsh Dubey, who has been promoted to the senior India team.
The BCCI announced the change on Thursday. Anukul, who plays for Jharkhand and Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL, will now travel to Dambulla for the series. The tri-series also includes Sri Lanka A and Afghanistan A. It will run from June 9 to June 21, 2026.

Anukul has played a quiet but useful role for KKR in IPL 2026. He has taken eight wickets in 13 matches while helping his team push for a playoff spot. Although he hasn’t got many chances to bat, his best moment came against Rajasthan Royals at Eden Gardens. He scored an unbeaten 29 runs when his team needed a calm hand.
