IPL 2025: RCB Unveils New Jersey

The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have officially revealed their jersey for IPL 2025, and it’s already creating a buzz among fans. The new kit, featuring a striking red and navy-blue gradient design, was showcased as part of RCB’s #PlayBold campaign, with a special focus on their philosophy of passion, resilience, and aggression.

The 2025 RCB jersey retains the team’s signature red and dark blue combination but comes with a modern twist. The gradient effect, transitioning from deep blue at the shoulders to fiery red at the bottom, gives the jersey a sleek and bold look. Qatar Airways remains the main sponsor, with their branding displayed prominently on the front. They also displayed Birla Estates as a secondary sponsor.  The jersey also features logos of other sponsors, enhancing its premium appeal.

RCB’s iconic lion emblem remains proudly placed on the chest, symbolizing the fearless spirit of the team. The kit was unveiled in a gym setting, with players embracing the new look ahead of an exciting season.

Devdutt Padikkal’s Homecoming in the New Jersey

The jersey launch also coincided with the return of Devdutt Padikkal to the RCB squad. The franchise welcomed the left-handed batter back in style, sharing pictures of him donning the new jersey. Fans quickly took to social media, celebrating both the design and Padikkal’s homecoming.

Fans React to the New Kit

RCB fans are known for their passion, and the jersey reveal sparked mixed reactions on social media. While many appreciated the modern and fiery design, some joked that the jersey looks so good that even the elusive IPL trophy might finally feel tempted to come home.

With a revamped squad, a fresh jersey, and high hopes, RCB will be looking to end their long-standing IPL trophy drought in 2025. Under the leadership of young Rajat Patidar, the team will aim to start strong when the season kicks off on March 22, 2025 against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
