Ingredients are the core of cooking in Disney Dreamlight Valley. You use them to prepare meals that restore Energy, complete quests, and gift villagers. Some ingredients grow from seeds, some are picked from trees or bushes, and others are found by fishing or buying from stalls.

All Ingredients in Dreamlight Valley

In Dreamlight Valley, the ingredients are distributed all over different biomes. While some of them can be found on the ground all the time, others have to be sowed with seeds that are available at Goofy’s Stall. Furthermore, the character quests decide the unlock order of some ingredients, so it’s important to move along in the game.

Dreamlight Valley Vegetables

Mostly, the vegetables come from the seeds Get to Goofy’s Stall. You can harvest the crop after planting and letting it grow. The only exception to this is mushrooms that you can collect from the ground at the Glade of Trust directly.
