5-Star Characters
- Luuk Herssen (New)
- Galbrena (Rerun)
Featured 4-Star Resonators
- Sanhua
- Lumi
- Yuanwu
Luuk Herssen is a Spectro main DPS who uses Tune-Break and Strain mechanics, similar to other Lahai-Roi characters. He specializes in Basic Attack DMG, and high-mobility aerial combat. Because of this, Sanhua who is a 4-star Glacio Resonator will be considered as a strong support option as she can enhance Luuk’s primary damage source.
Galbrena, who is a 5-star Fusion Resonator uses pistols returns as a strong Fusion damage dealer. Players who missed her earlier banner now get another chance. Lumi and Yuanwu are also featured, giving players more 4-star options during this Phase 2 banner.
With the Luuk Herssen Release Date and Time confirmed, players can now plan how they can spend their Astrites before the banner begins. The second phase of Wuthering Waves 3.1 brings a new DPS option and another opportunity to strengthen existing teams.
