Music Albums are blue-rarity trinkets in ARC Raiders that are required for the Flickering Flames project during the Cold Snap event. You need to find them during raids, extract safely, and donate them to earn Merit Points. The item does not spawn in fixed spots, but it follows clear loot rules that you can use to your advantage.
How to Find Music Albums in ARC Raiders
1. Locate the Residential or Commercial Areas
Music albums very often appear in the areas that fall under the category of Residential and Commercial. That is why houses, flats, offices, and even public buildings are the places where you need to search for them. You should not go to factories, undergrounds, and places with heavy ARC activity since usually these locations do not have trinkets at all.
2. Search the Personal Containers
Usually, the item can be found in containers like wardrobes, filing cabinets, drawers, lockers, suitcases, and backpacks. Never forget to search thoroughly inside a place, even upstairs and a locked room.
Best Places to Find Music Albums
1. The Buried City
The most reliable map for Music Albums is Buried City. The bottom half of the map contains a lot of residential buildings that are very close together. The nearest houses to the Abandoned Highway Camp are particularly good since they hold several loot containers in a small area.
Get into those buildings at the beginning of the raid because they are often looted pretty fast. Going through apartments by way of broken windows will allow you to looting faster and not come into contact with the streets.
2. The Blue Gate
The Blue Gate map is another reliable option. The Village area contains many small homes packed tightly together.
Each building has several containers, which increases your chances of finding trinkets. This area can attract other raiders, so move carefully and listen for footsteps before looting.
3. Spaceport
Spaceport works well if you prefer indoor combat. The Departure Building and Arrival Building are Commercial zones filled with desks, offices, and lockers. These buildings often contain ARCs, so clear threats before looting. Focus on upper floors, as they are less likely to be looted early.
4. Dam Battlegrounds
Dam Battlegrounds has less good alternatives but Ruby Residence definitely deserves to be mentioned. It is a residential area where several containers containing Music Albums can be spawned. Be careful, because the enemy presence in this area can become very strong very fast.
How to Increase Your Chances
Night Raids along with Cold Snap–modified maps enhance the rarity of items, thus more blue trinkets. If you happen to get a Music Album, keep it in your Safe Pocket whenever you can. That way, the item is secured in case you die and can’t get to extraction.
It is better to go for early extraction as soon as you find a Music Album rather than taking the route of looting more and risking it. When you carry project items, survival is more important than greed.
What to Do After You Find Music Album in Arc Raiders
Once you manage to extract, go back to Speranza and give the Music Album to the Flickering Flames project. Each donation provides a huge amount of Merit Points, and you will need more than one Music Album to finish the entire project.
By targeting residential buildings, looting containers meticulously, and extracting safely, you can farm Music Albums steadily without using up raids.
