Before this quest becomes available, you must complete Temir’s Request. Peregrine will not offer the commission until that earlier task has been fully turned in.
Once that is done, head to Hernand town and go to the Provisioner’s Shop near the center. Peregrine is sitting behind the bakery stall there. Speak to him to accept the quest, and he will explain that he wants to send food to the local church without drawing attention.
After the dialogue, the delivery objective becomes active and you can begin the quest.

Your job is to carry Peregrine’s bread basket to the Church of Hernand. Dropping the basket will reset the delivery segment, so move carefully while carrying it.
After accepting the quest, pick up the basket and check your map. Take the most direct route through town so you can reach the church without getting pulled into avoidable fights.
As you move through Hernand, you may run into hostile NPCs. Fighting them is optional and usually just costs time, so keep moving toward the church instead.
You can sprint and jump while carrying the basket, but sloppy movement can still mess up the run. A clean route and steady pace are usually the safest way to finish this section without restarting.

Once you reach the Church of Hernand, go inside and find the caretaker near the altar. Hand over the basket to finish the delivery. If the quest does not close right away, go back to Peregrine and speak to him again.
Peregrine’s Request Quest Rewards
Completing Peregrine’s Request gives you an inventory expansion item along with 2x Barley. The inventory-related reward is the most valuable part of this quest. The expansion tool is the main reason to do the quest early because extra space makes looting and exploration much easier once your inventory starts filling up.
Barley is a basic cooking ingredient. While it is not rare, it can still be useful if you plan to experiment with early recipes.
