Complete List of Uniques Added in Patch 0.4.0

List of Uniques Added in Patch 0.4.0

Patch 0.4.0, The Last of the Druids, adds eleven new Unique items to Path of Exile 2. These Uniques are closely tied to the new Druid class, shapeshifting mechanics, corrupted gems, and the Fate of the Vaal league system. You can use these items to push damage, enable form-specific builds, or support corrupted and life-cost playstyles. This guide explains every new Unique added in Patch 0.4.0, what it does, and where it fits best, using clear and simple language.

Complete List of Uniques Added in Patch 0.4.0

Druid-Focused Talismans

Most of the new Uniques coming with this patch are talismans. They are literally made for Druid shapes, Presence, Rage, and transformations.

Amor Mandragora (Changeling Talisman)

This talisman will make your Rage consumption a blessing in disguise. With every Rage you use up, you will receive Druidic Prowess, making it so perfect for aggressive Druid player builds.

Its strength lies in that it also not only enhances physical damage output, intelligence, and skill duration but at the same time the enemies near you are slowed down. Hence, it complements wolf-oriented or speedy shapeshift rotations the most.

Fury of the King (Ashbark Talisman)

This talisman is for Bear Form all the way. Most physical damage gets converted into fire and the fire gets boosted while Exposure is inflicted upon the enemies nearby.

The talisman also creates Glory gradually, which is instrumental for keeping heavy Bear skills at their peak. In the case you want mighty fire-based melee damage, this talisman is a must-have.

Hysseg’s Claw (Familial Talisman)

This talisman is for the support of minion builds. Minion damage is directly increased and your damage is scaled up in line with the number of minions you control. The item is usable by Druids but summoner-oriented classes will get even more use out of it.

The Flesh Poppet (Vicious Talisman)

This is a high-risk, high-reward talisman. When you shapeshift, it copies one modifier from every enemy in your Presence. These buffs last briefly and disappear when you shapeshift again. This is ideal for Wyvern or fast-shifting builds that can take advantage of temporary power spikes.

Atziri-T₹hemed Weapons and Armor

A few Uniques are pretty much associated directly with Queen Atziri and the Fate of the Vaal endgame content. These pieces of equipment very often deal with corrupted gems and life-based casting.

Atziri’s Contempt (Pronged Spear)

The Spear is given to the player and the Bloodstone Lance powers are piled up on enemies by which the skill effects of this spear are transferred. The spear is also characterized by mixed elemental damage and very powerful Presence scaling. It is mainly preferred for the elemental spear builds that hit the same targets over and over again.

Atziri’s Rule (Reflecting Staff)

This staff provides the skill Mirror of Refraction and enhances the power of corrupted spell gems. It changes a significant amount of life-cost spell damage into additional physical damage. This is a very powerful condition for spellcasters using corrupted gems and life-based casting instead of mana as they get nearly unstopped by any other force.

Atziri’s Splendour (Sacrificial Regalia)

This body armor is totally focused on the use of corrupted gems and Soul Cores. All of the user’s attribute requirements are removed, also the armor and energy shield are enhanced and a part of the mana costs is converted into life costs. It is mainly built for the late-game corrupted builds that depend on Soul Core scaling.

Atziri’s Step (Cinched Boots)

These boots provide high movement speed, life, evasion, and Deflection scaling. They also prevent light stuns from deflected hits. This makes them strong defensive boots for evasive builds that rely on movement and avoidance rather than raw armor.

Other New Uniques

These Uniques are not Druid-only and can fit into many different builds.

Drillneck (Penetrating Quiver)

This quiver guarantees pierce and heavily rewards projectile builds that pierce multiple enemies. Projectiles that pierce gain more damage and critical chance, and can even return. This is ideal for bow or projectile-heavy setups.

Flesh Crucible Diamond (Jewel)

This jewel grants a random Keystone passive but reduces a random stat. It is meant for players who want to gamble for powerful passive effects and are willing to accept a downside. It works best when you can easily offset the penalty.

Lavianga’s Spirits (Gargantuan Mana Flask)

This flask is always active and cannot be manually used. It provides constant mana recovery at a reduced rate. This is useful for builds that want passive sustain without managing flask timing.

How These Uniques Fit Into The Last of the Druids Meta

The Uniques added in Patch 0.4.0 strongly support three themes. First, shapeshifting Druids benefit from talismans that scale Rage, Presence, and form swapping.

Second, corrupted gem builds gain powerful tools through Atziri’s armor and weapons. Third, Fate of the Vaal endgame content rewards players with Uniques that scale through corruption and risk-based mechanics.

Most of these items are not generic power spikes. You get the best results when you build around them. If you ignore their mechanics, they will feel weak. If you lean into them, they can define an entire build.
