Approach it carefully because the entrance will be guarded by patrols with additional enemies. Entering the courtyard will provoke an encounter, and advancing into the center will surround you.
A better approach is to move around the outside of the courtyard and look for a side entry.

Once inside, look for a workshop-like room with an arched entrance on the left side. After you enter the room, check the left side. The helmet is placed on a table.
