The Deforester Husk puzzle is an environmental challenge in ARC Raiders that tests your timing and awareness rather than combat skill. You will find it on the Blue Gate map, hidden inside the wreckage of a massive ARC machine. To complete it, you must power up the structure using Arc Powercells and safely move through timed fire traps to reach the reward.
How to Solve the Deforester Husk Puzzle in ARC Raiders
1. Find the Deforester Husk Location
The Deforester Husk can be found in the Adorned Wreckage section of the Blue Gate map. The area has multiple big spiral-shaped ARC machines but only one of them is connected to the riddle.
Check a machine that shows sparks on its side. These sparks signify that you have arrived at the right spot. Go through the opening in the machine to start.
2. Activate the First Panel and Cross the Fire Trap
Once you are in the building, spark the panel and give in your first Arc Powercell. A sequence of fire jets that block your way will be the result of this.
The flames shoot in short bursts instead of remaining on all the time. You should wait until the fire is off, then walk in the gap. If you move too soon, you will get hurt, so good timing is essential.
3. Insert the Second Arc Powercell
After passing the first fire section, you will reach a second panel. Use your second Arc Powercell here. This changes the fire pattern, with flames now shooting from multiple corners.
Watch the sequence closely and wait until the lower flame jets stop. Once the bottom area is clear, move forward to reach the next section safely.
4. Climb to the Upper Path
From the location which is close to the very first panel, look for a narrow opening in the building on the side. Jump to the left and get hold of the ledge so that you can climb up.
When you reach the top, crouch down and very slowly and very carefully move towards the middle. The fire jets will still be going off near where you are, so be very careful and go only when the way is completely clear.
5. Complete the Puzzle and Collect the Reward
At the very last part, be patient until the topmost flames stop shooting fire, then run through and interact with the last mechanism.
This will deactivate the fire traps and will give you access to the treasure. Claim your prizes and exit the spot quickly because solving the riddle sets off a loud siren which can draw the attention of either enemies or other players.
