Baby Joy for Suryakumar Yadav and Wife Devisha During IPL Break
Indian T20I captain and Mumbai Indians batter Suryakumar Yadav has become a father. He and his wife Devisha welcomed a baby girl on Thursday.

Suryakumar shared happy photos from the hospital on social media. He wrote a sweet caption: “With giggles, bows, and dreams to unfurl.”
The baby’s arrival explains why Suryakumar was not with the Mumbai Indians team for their trip to Raipur. The team will play against Royal Challengers Bengaluru there on May 10. There were rumours that he was away for family reasons. He also missed the team’s last match.
Mumbai Indians shared their joy on social media too. They wrote: “Our Fa𝕄𝕀ly just got a little cuter.”
Fans and cricket stars also sent their good wishes to the new parents.
Suryakumar Yadav has been Mumbai Indians’ best batter this season. He has scored 451 runs so far. He and Devisha have been married since 2013.
For now, the star batter is taking time off from cricket to be with his growing family.
