Australia to Tour Pakistan for Three ODIs in May-June
Australia will come to Pakistan for a three match ODI series starting on May 30. This will be their second visit to the country this year. They last came in January for a T20I series.
The Australian team will reach Islamabad on May 23. The first ODI will be played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on May 30. The next two matches will be held at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on June 2 and June 4.
Australia also played their Champions Trophy 2025 group matches in Pakistan earlier this year. However, two of those games were washed out due to rain.
The series will start just after the IPL ends. Because of this, it is not yet clear if senior Australian players like captain Pat Cummins will be available for the tour.
This will be Australia’s first ODI series since they played against India at home last October. After their Pakistan tour ends, they will travel to Bangladesh for a full series starting on June 9.
Pakistan is also coming into this series after a 2-1 ODI loss to Bangladesh. Once their own domestic T20 league finishes, they will also go to Bangladesh for two Test matches.
