Trinkets in ARC Raiders are valuable items you can find while looting. Most of them are used to earn coins, but a few are needed for upgrades and progression. If you know which trinkets to keep and where to farm them, you can make money quickly without wasting time or inventory space.
This guide explains all trinkets in ARC Raiders and the best way to farm them efficiently.
What Are Trinkets in ARC Raiders
Trinkets are loot items marked with a diamond icon. You mainly find them inside drawers, cabinets, bags, and suitcases. Most trinkets are meant to be sold for coins, but some are required for Scrappy upgrades, crafting, or expedition objectives.
Before selling everything, you should know which ones have extra uses.
All Trinkets and Their Uses in ARC Raiders
Epic trinkets are the most sought after. Lance’s Mixtape (5th Edition) has the highest selling price and has a single use so, selling should always be your choice. The Breathtaking Snow Globe is also considered high value and won’t be a problem for selling.
Rare trinkets such as Playing Cards, Red Coral Jewelry, Music Boxes, Silver Teaspoon Sets, Music Albums, Statuettes, Vases, Fine Wristwatches, Rosaries, and Film Reels are hardly anything but sellable. None of these items are blocking the way of upgrades which means you can transform them into coins without hesitation.
Uncommon trinkets are such that they need a bit more attention. The Very Comfortable Pillow is necessary for a Scrappy level 5 upgrade, and the Cat Bed is necessary for a Scrappy level 4 upgrade. Air Fresheners are among the items used for field crafting of Flame Spray. Light Bulbs are a must for an Expedition Project later in the game. Keep these things till you are done with their requirements.
Common trinkets like Coffee Pots, Empty Wine Bottles, Torn Books, Bloated Tuna Cans, and Faded Photos can be easily sold. Rubber Ducks can be thrown to distract enemies, and Expired Pasta can be eaten for a small health restoration.
Best Places to Farm Trinkets in ARC Raiders
Residential buildings are the best source of trinkets. Apartments and houses contain more drawers, cabinets, and bags than other areas, which increases your chances of finding high-value items.
The Buried City map is especially good for farming trinkets because it has many large apartment buildings filled with residential loot containers.
Another strong farming spot is the two buildings east of the Abandoned Highway Camp. These buildings contain multiple lootable rooms and can be cleared quickly in a single run.
Best Trinket Farming Route
Start by entering the first building near the Abandoned Highway Camp and move to the top floor. Loot all drawers, cabinets, medical bags, and weapon cases. Jump across to the opposite building using the window connection and clear the rooms there as well.
After finishing the upper floors, return to the first building and loot the lower levels. Then cross the street to the opposite structure and breach the locked door near the staircase on the third floor. This area often contains raider bags and cabinets that drop higher-value trinkets.
Once you collect valuable items, place them in your safe pocket and extract back to Speranza.
Tips for Farming Trinkets Safely
If you are new to farming, use a free loadout to avoid losing gear. Focus on looting instead of fighting, as trinkets spawn in containers rather than enemies.
High-value trinkets should be secured in your safe pocket immediately. Do not overstay in high-traffic areas, as trinkets are not worth dying for.
Should You Sell or Keep Trinkets
Sell any trinket that has no upgrade, crafting, or quest requirement. Keep items needed for Scrappy upgrades, Expedition Projects, or field crafting until those objectives are finished. After that, all remaining trinkets can safely be sold for coins.
