Quarantine Zone: The Last Check Twitch Drops Campaign Dates
The Twitch Drops campaign runs for a limited time.
| Start Date | End Date |
| January 9, 2026 | January 23–24, 2026 |
You must complete all steps within this window for your watch time to count.
All Available Twitch Drops
You unlock items based on watch time or by subscribing to a channel. Prime subscriptions do not count.
| Reward | Requirement |
| QZ Scanner Skin | Watch 1 hour |
| QZ Thermopulseometer Skin | Watch 2 hours |
| QZ Reflex Hammer Skin | Watch 3 hours |
| QZ Soldier Skin | Watch 5 hours |
| Raccoon Rat Skin | Buy 1 new or gift subscription |
Each reward must be claimed manually once unlocked.
Step 1: Link Your Twitch Account
Your watch time will be invalid unless your accounts are connected.
There are two methods to connect your accounts:
- Through the main menu within Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
- Through the official Twitch Drops page for the game
After linking, you will only have to perform this action once.
Step 2: Watch a Stream With Drops Enabled
Find any Twitch channel that streams Quarantine Zone: The Last Check with Drops enabled. Usually, these channels indicate [Drops] in the stream title or description.
For instance:
- The official Devolver Digital streaming channel
- Any creator appearing clearly to have Drops active
You can either watch the stream closely or run it in the background. Time of viewing is accumulated automatically provided the stream is eligible.
Step 3: Track Your Progress on Twitch
You can check your progress at any time.
Go to your Twitch Inventory, where each reward shows a percentage bar. This tells you how close you are to unlocking the item. If progress does not update, refresh the page.
When you meet the requirement, Twitch will send a notification.
Step 4: Claim Each Drop Manually
When a reward is ready, you must click “Claim Now” in your Twitch Inventory. If you do not claim it, progress will stop for the next reward.
You must claim every item individually.
Step 5: Redeem Your Rewards In-Game
After claiming a drop:
- You will receive a game code by email
- Delivery can take up to 72 hours
- Enter the code in Steam to add the item to your account
If the game is already running, restart it so the cosmetics load correctly.
Important Things to Remember
- Only the time spent watching the video will be counted after the accounts are linked.
- Airdrops take place only on live streams that have the Drops feature activated.
- The Raccoon Rat skin is not available for Prime members.
- Rewards have to be claimed individually before the next one can be earned.
- The delivery of items via email can take as long as 72 hours.
To get every free item, just leave a stream with Drops enabled running until you clock 5 hours, then claim each reward immediately after it unlocks. This way you will not lose your progress and get all the cosmetics before the campaign is over.
